Matt did our home inspection and I couldn’t be more pleased. He was very communicative leading up to the inspection appointment and answered every question I had for him while he was here. We purchased a house this year and the seller already had an inspection report. We wanted our own secondary inspection so we contacted Holm Inspections to perform a inspection on our home (we did not share the results of the first inspection with him). After contacting Matt we received an email from him with a schedule and all necessary paperwork. When the day of our inspection arrived Matt was on time and ready to start. He was professional and completed the inspection in a reasonable amount of time. He found things that weren’t listed in our previous inspection and everything was well documented.
